Fancy dress day, night-time tour and mascots: MonstroZoo brings All Saints’ Day to life at Beauval!
From 17 October, explore MonstroZoo day and night, strike a pose with the mascots and get your fancy dress costumes ready for 31 October! At Beauval, the All Saints’ Day holidays promise to be monstrously lively!
The mascots are looking forward to seeing you
During the holidays, the mascots will be popping up throughout your day at Beauval! Meet Böm, the furry ice creature, and Bloop, the emotional amphibian, as well as the panda and golden monkey mascots, to strike a funny pose and take a photo to remember the day by.
These meet-and-greets take place every day during the All Saints’ Day holidays, and on Wednesdays and at weekends outside the holiday period. It’s up to you to spot them in the ZooParc, but here are a few clues to get you started: they’re often at the entrance in the mornings and evenings, in the Allée Historique late in the morning, and near Le Tropical restaurant at lunchtime. Keep your eyes peeled!
On 31 October, little monsters are also welcome
How about joining the creatures of MonstroZoo for a day? On 31 October, come to Beauval in fancy dress! Witches, little monsters, fantastical characters, real or imaginary animals: everyone can choose their own outfit to celebrate Halloween with the family.
To add a tasty touch to the day, children in fancy dress are invited to pop into the ZooParc* shops and cheerfully shout “Trick or treat!” to receive their free bag of HARIBO sweets!
*During shop opening hours. Check the opening times.
Stay until nightfall…
As daylight fades, take the time to (re)discover the world of MonstroZoo. A place you explored just a few hours earlier suddenly takes on a whole new look! Illuminations, projections and creatures come to life for a very different experience.
Make the most of the end of the day to experience this other side of MonstroZoo, during ZooParc opening hours. Amidst lights, projections and sound effects, the adventure continues in a mysterious and enchanting atmosphere.
Head to Alva’s Camp
Another highlight of this year’s event: Alva’s Camp, which you can discover near the Equatorial Dome, opposite the ferocious harpies and the little kudus. With your new free investigation booklet, explore the world of MonstroZoo and tackle the challenges along the trail at your own pace.
To share a special mission in a small group, book the guided tour ‘MonstroZoo: On the Trail of the Monsters’. For 1½ hours, your guide will accompany you on a search for the creatures and help you uncover their secrets. An activity suitable for children aged 6 and over, for curious minds ready to earn their detective’s certificate!
