Yuandudu and Huanlili are celebrating their 5th anniversary with an XXL cake!
On Sunday 2 August, the ZooParc de Beauval is celebrating the 5th birthday of Yuandudu and Huanlili. To mark the occasion, a festive event awaits visitors at The Heights of China, in front of the giant panda twins’ enclosure.
Born at Beauval on 2 August 2021 – Huanlili at 1.03 am and Yuandudu at 1.10 am – the two sisters are already blowing out their fifth birthday candles! This birthday will have a very special significance: it will be the last one they celebrate at Beauval before they leave for China in a few months’ time. Come and share this moment with the ZooParc teams.
A delicious and festive birthday
The festivities will begin at 10.00 am with an enrichment session specially designed for the twins.
At 10.30 am, it’s time for a snack! An XXL cake, serving 180 portions, will be offered to the luckiest visitors. To be in with a chance of trying a slice, check the map you’ll be given on arrival: golden tickets will be randomly slipped into some of the copies handed out at the ZooParc entrance.
The cake will be created by Dorian Tudeau, founder of the ‘Le Coin du Pâtissier’ account, which has a combined following of nearly 1.5 million on social media, and who has made a name for himself with his extravagant creations.
